Overview

Our business litigation lawyers represent clients in a broad range of business disputes, from high-stakes, complex, “bet the company litigation” to contentious disputes among members of closely held companies. Experience

Breach of contract

We litigate all types of contract disputes, including those involving business partners, consumers, landlords and tenants, and government entities.

We regularly try matters to conclusion in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration before FINRA and the AAA.
Our experience includes bench trials and jury trials.
