Bianca Roberts

Bianca joined TCBG following the merger between Turkel, Cuva, Barrios, PA and Guerra & Partners, P.A., where she worked with George L. Guerra on high-stakes trial preparation and strategy in cases involving issues including restrictive covenant violations, securities fraud, employment law, and various contract disputes. She brings a proactive and detail-oriented approach to every matter to ensure effective representation for clients.

Before entering private practice, Bianca served as a law clerk at a nonprofit organization in Clearwater where she gained significant experience in diverse transactional matters and regulatory compliance in creating and working with 501(c)(3) organizations.

Bianca earned her JD and MBA through the dual-degree program at NSU Shepard Broad College of Law. She also holds a BA in legal studies and business administration. During her academic career, she consistently achieved Dean’s List honors and was a Division II NCAA athlete in women’s tennis. Bianca also served as head coach for the junior high boys and girls team at the NSU University School while obtaining her JD/MBA.

She is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, and the Securities Law Section of the Tampa Bay Chapter.
